63 interior lights

Can someone tell me if there are supposed to be lights behind the heater control knobs on 1963 cars?

Michael,

The only lights in that area that I am aware of are in the clock.

Since the bezels around the heater, defrost and AC knobs are metal there would be no reason for the lights behind them. In 64 and up the bezels were plastic and the light could shine thru.

Thanks guys. The PV manual says to check the lights on those bezels, but it must mean 64.
