1954 radio knobs

Does anyone has any idea where I could get 1954 radio knobs? I got the radio but I'm lacking both knobs.

also I'm looking for a replacement volume control/switch combo because mine is broken (see photo's). Part no. is: ’54 radio switch/volume control (so the actual pot-meter + integrated on/off switch), part no. 7264091

Have you tried Grossmueller's Classic Corvettes? They list reproduction knobs for sale or you can call them to discuss original knobs.
