Trim rings and center caps that I pulled from my 68 - no 68, but what is it?

I was looking at the center caps and trim rings that I took from my 7" 68 wheels. Clearly the center caps were replaced, but from what I understand from the archives that the reproductions are good enough for judging or at least have the same configuration as originals. Here a picture of the sticker from the inside of the cap:

I am less certain about the rings (sorry for the crappy pictures from my blackberry cell phone)

With the restorer article from a while back as reference I would think the rings are (reproduction) 67 rings (looking at the valve stem) but I am not a midyear expert - am I right?

    Your help is again appreciated!

Center caps would most likely pass muster (without seeing them) but the trim rings are a service item with incorrect clips that would easily be detected during judging, 67 or otherwise.
