AC fan bower and wire harness help

I took my 67 in to a local Chevy dealer to have the AC system charged. the tech called me and said he was having problems getting the fan to run and the only way he could do this was to jumper it. he said I had too
many wires or an extra wire harness and he couldn't figure out the problem. I have no idea what he is talking about. does an AC car have extra wires that I might have hooked up wrong during my restoration?

Yes, if you look at the AIM, sheet E-1 shows the wiring harness used with A/C. Also of note is that the non-air wiring is also present in the car as both cars used the same base The unused wires from the non-air application were taped together and tucked up under the pass side fender.
