'69 Seat Belt Question

Did Chevrolet use the same lap belt for coupes and convertibles with A85 as it did for convertibles w/o A85? Neither the TIM&JG nor AIM makes any distinction for convertibles w/o A85 so I assume not. Meaning the latch end of the lap belt had accommodation for attaching the shoulder harness on all seat belts for early '69?

The lap belts were the same for all early 69 cars regardless of if they were coupes or convertibles and equipped with or without shoulder belts. The attached picture shows the configuration. The shoulder belt if equipped clipped into the slot on the male side of the connector.

The D-ring had provisions for the shoulder belt, regardless of whether the car was equipped with shoulder belts, or not.
