69 White Paint

Greetings - According to Corvette Black Book, the paint codes for white exterior paint was 972 for model years 1966-72.

The names of these white paints was Ermine White - 66-67, Polar White - 68, Can-Am White - 69, and Classic White 70-72. The Classic White continued through 1979 but carried the 910 or simply 10 paint codes.

Are these the same color? If not, do we know which ones are the same?

Go to www.corvettepaintcodes.com, and it has the paint manufacturers' mix codes for each color for each year; easy way to see which GM color codes were really the same or different from year to year.
