C-4 ASR Cable Clips on 'trim pieces', Available Seperatly?

I noticed one of the clips that retain the ASR cable to the covers above valve covers is missing on a '96 LT-4 that I'm looking at. Are these clips obtainable separately? Why would it be gone on a car with only 28,000 miles? Are they fragile? I have virtually no C-4 experience yet, thanks!

Yea, everything plastic under the hood is fragle in a C4. The worst is trying to unclip the sparkplug wire retainers without braking the covers.

I took a quick look in one catalog, Volunteer Vette and they have them, if you're looking for them in a catalog, look under "fuel rail covers".
