    what is the correct finish on a 270 horse 59 with aluminium intake and valve covers is it glass beaded or sandblasted or whatever if it is glass or sand is it a certain number grade on the glass or sand

    Correct finish is a sand cast finish on the manifold, and a matched mold finish on the valve cover where the flow of the aluminum as it fills the mold is visible. No Glass or sand were forcefully applied, the correct finish is hard to duplicate with external applications.
