Opted for a NAPA (manufactured by East Penn, like Terry's DEKA) Legend 7585 at a total cost of $95.46. It was physically identical and nearly 100 CCA more than the original AC Delco. I did so because there are over 6,000 NAPA stores in the US alone, so if there's a failure when I'm on the road, it shouldn't be hard to find one for warranty purposes.
Indexing the windows was easy-peasy as most of you foretold.
I'm ready to roll once again.
