Mid-year top ignigtion sheild restroration

Hello Everyone,

I searched the fourm without luck, so I hope someone here will know. I have an original top ignition sheild for my '67 SBC and it needs some attention.

A few of the spot welds have broken on one end and it has some minor markings that should be buffed out. Is there someone in the NCRS community that restores this sort of thing or how does one go about fixing it?
