Exhaust manifold end bolts are 20 ft-lbs., center bolts are 25-35 ft-lbs., as shown in your 1963 Corvette Shop Manual in Section 6. The alternator mounting bolts are shown in your Assembly Manual, section 6, sheet A4.00.
