C2 interior rear view mirror correct instalation

I checked the archives and didn't find an answer to my question which is, correctly installed is the long edge of the mirror on the top or the bottom?

Joe, Is correct, just take a look at the mirror in your cars, The longer part is facing the bottom.

Thanks guys. Appreciate the info.

PS I installed it with the long side down and the sun visors precisely fit or follow the contour of the mirror. They would interfere with the mirror if installed with the long edge up.
