What size screw are used to attatch the 1965 front license plate and OEM bracket to the car?

The 1965 & 1966 AIM's (UPC 14, sheet A2) list GM # 180018 as the bolt, 103319 as the L/W, and 134551 as the nut. GM # 180018 is listed as a 1/4"-20 X 5/8" bolt in my 1965 Chev. Parts Catalog (May 1965) in Gr. 8.900 as well as my other Chev. parts catalogs.

Is this a double question ? ie. to attach licence plate to bracket, and to attach bracket to horizontal chrome bar ?

David L. has answered the latter, but attaching the licence plate (per the AIM) requires a "Licence Plate Attachment Unit" [UPC 14, A3], which sounds like a baggie of 8 plastic nuts and screws.

Corvette aftermarket suppliers are probably your best source for the above, but make sure you order for the '63-5 style front bracket, which differs from the '66-7 in the size of the square holes that anchor the plastic nuts. Originals have the 'ds' stamping (or is it 'sp' ?, if turned around).
