Any knows what side of the term does the condenser connects too?

Al, I found it in the AIM in the radio option section 102 sheet 3.00. The picture shows one end on the inside terminal and the other end to the gauge custer housing

You may hear otherwise but don't think it makes any difference which terminal capacitor is attached.
