Not so great news, but thought you would appreciate being informed that Noland Adams fell and broke his back yesterday. The doctors say he is going to be fine, but he will be in the hospital (Kaiser in Roseville CA) for about a week and will have a long recovery (couple of months).
We are so sad for him.
His property is on a slope, he lost his balance and fell for quite a bit before he landed at... the bottom, with his two injuries to his back and quite a knock to his head as well (he hit it on bricks). He was just out doing light work in the yard. I feel so bad for him and Mary. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
We will keep you informed on his recovery.
