Opinions on the Black 1963 L-79 Coupe at Mecum?

I had to rub my eyes because I thought I was dreaming! A non-fuelie 63 340hp black lacquer coupe went for $175,000 plus buyer's commission of 10%. Anyone know or have seen this car in person? Looks like the poor economy doesn't have a complete strangle hold on the high end stuff.

Takes only two determined bidders, I guess. The underside photos looked good. Were the wheels originals?

50 YEARS OLD hype?? There also was a black / saddle leather BOWTIE / SURVIVOR sold for 55000 plus the juice. Nice all original car, cracked and scratched paint and all.
