54 carb Bullets

I know someone has thought of this or has found someone to do this, I thought of it so you have to, only one of my air cleaner bullets has the Boexxxxx? stamp and pend? underneath, who has found a person who can engrave that to these units, have tried trophy, jewelry, stamp shops and no luck, also rechrome of these units, any problems with damaging the screens and if so how to reatach them? The only re-engraving I've ever had done was done by Paul's Plating in Evans City, PA. I had two early 63 GUIDE interior mirror backs plated. I was fooling around with a couple, trying to "restore" them myself. Paul's Chrome in Evans City, PA did both the re-chrome plating and the "deepening" of the GUIDE engraving so it wouldn't be lost in the plating process.

Worth a call to Paul's Plating.

I second Paul's Chrome in PA. He re-engraved a Duesenberg front bumper emblem for me a few years ago. Pricey but perfect.
