Driven Mileage Points

Plan to drive my '96 to a chapter flight judging this weekend, and was wondering if there is a formal process to be followed to
document that the car was actually driven to the event. Distance would be about 250 miles.

Wow, that's a good little drive to a Chapter meet. That will get you 2.5 points. When you registered for the event you said you would drive, and the rough mileage. The registration ladies will ask you if you drove or trailered when you check in. That is when you tell them your driving mileage. As far as I know, that is as formal as it gets. Good luck on your drive, and in your judging.
