Have you tried to contact/join the North Central Chapter? They may be a little occupied (I could find a better word if I thought a lot, but I am too tired for that now.) at the moment with a Regional only weeks away. You might get to see the work of some MN shops at that event. Just some things to think about.

We have a tech session on Saturday morning - so I can ask the guys then - but I always seem to forget my questions when I am eating donuts and drinking coffee

Kevin, Talk to Ron Hendrickson at your tech session. He will recommend Tim Kossette from Long Lake Collosion in Wayzeta MN. Tim has been doing the local NCRS members paint jobs for at least 12 years. He will also do lacquer if that is what you want. You do need to tell him your goals for the car. For chassis resto call Joe Gallindo from Ramsey, MN. There are others that Ron can recommend also. Good luck with your restoration.
