Brian, at what point is it not considered a vehicle, and which parts are? Think about a fully disassembled vehicle. Are the only parts that comprise the vehicle those with a VIN derivitive? My point is that would'nt it be difficult to convince the insurance companies to pay for any parts not specifically listed?
If a collector car policy is the answer, are they offered without the collision and liability components? (which gets back to DOM's original question)
