73 vs 74 headlight vacuum hose clamps

Hello All,

My project today was reinstalling the headlight modules in my 73 body off restoration and connecting new vacuum hoses.

The 73 aim does not show any spring type hose clamps used to secure hoses to the headlight servos.

Today at a corvette rally, I saw what looked like an original 74 corvette that had spring type hose clamps on the vacuum servos.

Since the cars are so much alike, did the 73 have clamps even though the aim does not indicate but used on the 74?

I do not have a 74 aim to verify clamps were originally used.

1973 did not use clamps on the head light vacuum canisters. I am not aware of any year using clamps at that location.
