            That photo has been around long enough that I think it's before texting was so common, but the message is still true no matter what the cause.

                  Yes it has- and the truck was already stationary on the side of the road. As to why a car would drive into it- who knows. I don't think it would have mattered much whether the car in question is a Corvette or not. Same outcome.

                    Agreed. I have been involved in litigation in an accident such as that. Outcome not good. Depending on the circumstances the trucker could end up paying a very expensive law suit.
