Changing front to rear brake line on a 1964

I wonder how i am going to the change the front to rear brake line on my 1964 coupe.
On the 64 the brake line is on top of the frame. I really do not want to lift the car from the frame just to change the brake line
i wonder if i can get at the brake line if i take off the rocker panel?
Is there anybody here that have any advices they are very welcome

I think if you do a forum search, this question has been asked. Unfortunately the body will have to lifted several inches to gain access.
