Cost range of wheel for 63

I discovered that my wheels are of mixed specs and would like to have them all the same. I would prefer the convenience of ordering them as opposed to looking for them in a swap meet. What should I expect to pay for 15 X 6 (nominal 0.50 offset) plain steel wheels (I have radial tires).

Steve, the 15x6 wheels will be signifanctly less expensive than original 15x5 1/2 63 wheels. Here is a set on ebay:

The problem is with any used wheel you have to be concerned about dents and run-out. If your not going to have them judged look at Ecklers for a new set, but they are 15x5. You can also try Paragon, or the other parts folks. For driving I went with a set of repro bolton knockoffs.

personally, if you are looking for "replacement" wheels I would be talking with Virginia Vettes

It doesn't sound like you want to hunt for original 63 steel wheels. That's good, 'cause you would have to just empty your wallet on the table ( 5 nice ones may cost you $2000 or more)

63's had 5 1/2" wheels, (not 6") and you can can buy not-correct repops new for about $120 each from several vendors. If you want to go to 6 inch wide, 67 rally wheels should be about the same price.

          Harry,

Thanks. I found some at what seemed like a reasonable price, but wanted to check for board wisdom on the subject.
