Mid Year Shifter height??

What is the deal on shifter height on the mid year Muncie equiped cars. I need an accurate measurement
to determine what is correct for a 64.

Ken -

I don't have the dimensions handy, but the photo below shows all three generations of levers; the shortest one is '64-'67. The middle one started in '68, and I don't recall when the longest one started.

Ken,

My '67 Muncie shifter measures 7-5/16" long from the center of the bottom hole in John's picture to the top of the threaded section where the knob screws on.
