1. On the shifter mount bracket, are all the fasteners used to attach it to the frame black?

2. On the transmission mount bracket, are all the fasteners black?

3. Are the two bolts that attach the rubber transmission mount to the transmission mount bracket black?

4. Are the two bolts used on the 3X2's under the fuel lines black?
