Gentlemen, in going through the PV manual for an anticipated test on a 72 T&T equiped car, I find that I have no power for radio and windows in the accessory (first) position of ignition switch. I have a working key buzzer in this position however which by the way was replaced a couple of years ago. Any ideas on cause of this situation? thanks

Re: C3 ingition accessory position failure
Hank, the ignition switch under the steering column is on a slot and can be moved some, its in a bear of a spot I believe the bolts that attach the switch to column are 5/16 heads and there are two of them.New England chapter member, 63 Convert. 327/340- Chapter/Regional/national Top Flight, 72 coupe- chapter and regional Top Flight.- Top

Re: C3 ingition accessory position failure
I believe the windows do not work in the accessory position, but check with Stan to be sure. If memory serves that is an error in the manual. However, the radio definitely should work in the ACC position.
Perhaps someone else with a PW early C3 can verify my recollection. It has been quite a while since I did a PV.Terry- Top
