I put a hydraulic throwout bearing in my 29 Ford hot rod with a Chevy 350 motor . Speedway Motors sells one.

Why not install a stock clutch and the pedal effort is very easy. Why jury rig your car for something that's not necessary. What's more important is to have the flywheel zero balanced then have the pressure plate balanced with the flywheel.
