Fuel Tank Area

I have removed the fuel tank from my 1958 and this is what I found. I know someone in the past has gone cxrazy with a hole saw but what holes should be there if any? I believe a hole should be there for the drain but what about all the others.

Bob,
Here are pictures looking up at the bottom area on my 1960 the first is the drivers side, the second is the center, I could not get the passenger side
I think they are similar. Hope this helps.
