C1 Fuel Delivery
The fuel in the tank is varnished and have gotten a replacement tank but should I replace the fuel lines as well. When I took the fuel line off running from the tank to the frame rail, all the fuel was dark dark brown and varnished. Should I replace all the fuel lines as well or is there a way to clean these? Where would be the best place to buy them, Quanta doesn't have them.

I blew denatured alcohol thru mine, then checked the carb in-line filter a few times. No problems. Same steel line on the car for 50+ years. -

Blow the lines out with carb cleaner. Anything missed will disolve with fresh gasoline.Comment

Lacquer thinner works well but don't run through fuel pump.Comment
