C1 Shock

Does anyone know what year does these come from. They were in the trunk of my car, the owner said these were NOS for this car. Any help?

hey Al,

I can say the spirals fronts are not correct for a 59 (except very early) or 60 and I see on your profile you have a 60. The rears may be correct, though you'd be lucky if the date codes were right... I'd need to see a pic of the tops of the shocks. I bought Monroes for mine, but you might have a real nice pair of rears there for your car. Although for the points, you might be better off selling them, frankly.

They are GM replacement shocks for your/any solid axle Corvette. Not NOS, but NORS.

Well... thanks for the info, I had no idea what they were.. as the shocks on my car were not spiral. I will store these for someone who is in need. Buy the way.. how does these NORS judge?
