Weigh that cost vs. 12 pts. for originality, and the backing is only part of the panel. I usually take 1 pt.

Just got the panels installed. The door jam front of the panel on the door. Mine is original and appears to be a shade of brown! I have black interior and a silver car. I thought it would be semi flat black. Any idea what color it is?

When was your car built? Early 68 cars would have the door jam in front of the door panel body colored. Later in the model year this area was blacked out. Brown is definitely not correct.
