thoughts on adding options to a 67 BB

for my dads 67 L36 coupe with a auto and factory AC. its black with saddle interior so there are ECL codes. the car also has power steering, tinted glass and a radio. we had thought on adding correct power brakes, power windows, and head rest. what are the down falls for judging latter on. I know at our chapter I haven't seen them check the trim tag for the ECL codes to verifier the interior options. thanks
