65 vs 66 BB hood?

    65 vs 66 BB hood?

    I always see 65 and 66 BB hoods listed separately in parts catalogs. Is there a difference? What is it?

      Hood prop was on the Right side for 65 and very early 66. Changed to Left side later in 66. My 66 VIN under 3000 had it on the right.

          Phil Also the 65 had no hood emblem and no holes on the underside to mount it. Phil 8063
