Best way to repair Radiator Shroud

A previous owner repaired the Radiator shroud in my 66 vert using machine screws rather than bonding.

What would be the best procedure and materials to use to repair this to a point where it would not be noticable and structurally sound?

Remove the screws, open up the seams,sand the seams to clean fiberglass, and then use a black bonding adhesive to rebond the seams together. Next step would be to grind the holes out to a concave depression and with a black or dyed black resin and fiberglass mat, glass the depressions back in. You will then need to sand the repair down. It won't be totally undetectable. The bonding adhesive that I use is AFT 7 black from Axson North America in Eaton Rapids MI phone 517-663-8191

Usually, you won't find these type of products in a "garden variety" auto parts store. You need to find a supplier that caters to the body shop industry. Often times, it will be an automotive paint store. Otherwise, there may be on-line suppliers.
