    C1 Front hub question

I'm replacing the front drums and was wondering if there is any reason or advantage in re-riviting the hubs to the drums. Can I just slip them on and reverse the hub nuts or are there any other issues?

GM stopped riveting the front drum to the hub in 1959. You'll be fine without rivets.
