60 Heater Hoses

I need to replace one of the heater hoses in my 1960 and want to install the correct type hose. I have read that the ribbed type hose without GM markings is correct and I have also read that the ribbed type hose with GM markings is correct. Does anyone know which type is correct?

In the judging guide says it can be either.

In Corvette Centrals Catalog on page 89 " The NCRS Judging Manual calls for a black ribbed heater hose without logo"
I don't know if it's right, but I have mounted this type on my '59.

A little thinner and the logo comes right off if you don't need it.

Why pay extra for the logo and then take it off?

If you can't get a proper one with ribs or logo, then figure out who or what you believe to be the original one, you only have to purchase once. Saves buying multiple hoses and paying the shipping.
