1968 Rivet help - seat reinforcement

Well I spent the weekend going over my 68 big block. The driver seat seemed a little loose. 1 hour later I had undone what Bubba done with a drill in about 10 minutes probably.

The reinformancements have been drilled out and holes expanded. A little fiberglass work from topside should cure my fiberglass issues. The second problem is drilling out the old rivets and replacing them. Any tips on best way to do this (replacing). Looks like a two man job since somebody has to put pressure from one side and hold block on other side. I saw a tool at mid america (looks like a pin and block).

Use a heavy hammer to buck the rivet on the top and another to brad the rivet on the bottom.
