63 BW T10 Transmission Question

After disassembling a T10 for a '63 Vette I found out I only had 14 roller bearings after cleaning and drying it all (part no. 4.352, for the main shaft, front pilot to main gear bearings). Just to double check I didn't lost any, how many should I have for this configuration because I found a 7C drawing of unclear model year showing 16 but also T10 drawings of other years showing 14?

Rob,

Take the roller bearings and place them in the pilot hole in the input gear, there should be no space for any more rollers around the circumference.

Rob,

The correct number of needle roller bearings is 14 that go into the pocket of the main drive gear on T-10 4 speed trans.
