    Jay -

Do you have the build sheet or window sticker, or just the P-O-P? There's no option information in the VIN number - just body style, year, and sequence number. The P-O-P has paint, interior trim, engine, transmission, and axle codes, and the trim tag below the glove box has some body option information (unless it's an A.O. Smith body or has a black interior).

      John,
I do not have the build sheet or window sticker. POP only. This car did receive a NCRS TOP FLIGHT.
1994 Top Flight Regional #1868 Carlisle, Pa. 8-26-1995
      1995 Top Flight Regional #1634 N.E. Regional 10-7-1994
With this VIN and awards I am trying to get the original options on this car.
      Thx!

The POP below is reversed so you can read it. Use of a mirror works also. In this case, the vin is 194676S107991, which is a convertible (4th digit 6), and the 7991st unit built. The STD= Standard black vinyl, 984= Sunfire yellow, T1202 IL= Tonowanda, big block production, 1202=Dec 2, 1965, 'IL'=427/390HP, manual trans, AZ1130= Differential, Nov 30, 1965, 'AZ'=3:55 posi, big block 427 engine, The P1202= P=Muncie 4 sp, 1202= Dec 2, 1965 production date. The address and name of course is the original owner. The bottom photo below is the stamp on a POP for a 65 white coupe / silvedr vinyl, with a 300hp/327 engine, manual trans

Let us know your numbers and we can try and identify.

          James,
Thanks for your reply. I was able to to figure out the balance of the POP.
I have a radio delete car. If i do the math 27,720 cars produced. With option U69 AM-FM 26,363 cars were made.
Balance of cars with out the radio would be 1357.
Do you think the math is correct?

Math works fine for me. You actually have a "no radio" car; the radio wasn't standard equipment, so it couldn't be deleted.

I think that Mr. Wilhelm might still be alive and 91 years old.

              addendum-

Checking a bit further, I don't think he is still around. Looks like he might have passed away about 20 years ago.
