Was there really a Warrantee Sticker on the underside of the Hood on 1962 Corvettes? I have never seen one.

Patrick, When I was a GM tech. the only sticker or decal I could remember was if the car had a safety recall done, this was in the 70's and 80's before I went into auto repair business. These stickers were a peel and stick and I would wonder just how many years they would last bring a daily driver.New England chapter member, 63 Convert. 327/340- Chapter/Regional/national Top Flight, 72 coupe- chapter and regional Top Flight.- Top

Ed,
The campaign stickers last just fine. I have several on my 1995 Caprices that have 15 years (they didn't go on when the cars were new) and around 175K of daily driving in the Midwest on them. Of course the fact that I don't clean the stickers may have a lot to do with it.They are right on the top of the core support. Oh, and by the way, how long they last may not be much of an issue since the cars are long out of warranty.
