The 4656 I purchased from CC in October 2011 passed NCRS judging; zero deduct. CC price was good in my opinion.

We also have a source for originals. As to be expected, they are considerably more expensive. PM me if you want more info.

In my opinion, it is a restamp, but the components will pass for a "4656". The parting line is missing where "4656" is stamped. Someone ground off the original part number and parting line and restamped it. If you notice on one of the other photos, the parting line runs down the center of the mounting flange on the side opposite the stamping. Having said that, an NCRS judge may or may not decide to deduct a point or two for a restamp. In my experience, if the pump has AC on top and bottom and 4656 stamped on the mounting flange, it passes. As I stated in an earlier post, the pump I purchased from CC is most likely a restamp, but I received no deduct.

If you only want an original, you will have to keep looking. They occasionally come up for auction on e-bay from time to time and they are usually over $200.

That's amazing, because the Corvette Central website shows part number 351314 for sale at only $124. Maybe they are out of stock?
