Does the AM radio capacitor for the directionals go in the fuse block with the flasher unit, or mount on top of the steering column? Thanks Ed

Re: 63 AM radio question
Joe, I the AIM shows the capacitor for the E/brake is switch mounted as it appears on firewall, and A capacitor mounted on top of the column for the directional switch for U65. It does show a capacitor on flasher for U69?New England chapter member, 63 Convert. 327/340- Chapter/Regional/national Top Flight, 72 coupe- chapter and regional Top Flight.- Top

Re: 63 AM radio question
Edward,
I am not aware of any cap mounted in the fuse block that connects to the flasher for U-65 cars. The only cap I remember goes on top of the steering column and the leads go to the turn signal switch that is mounted with the same screw. I am pretty sure this controls the brake light and directionals, (same wire) but I don't have my AIM in front of my at the moment.- Top
