who out there rebuilds power steering, pumps , valves and the cyl I would like for a ncrs member to do it!

Rich, I think that lone star caliper out of Texas does a quality job, unless your parts or original, you can purchace there parts and send them your cores, or if they original I would contact them and talk to someone and find out if you send your parts can they be rebuilt. I Not a big lover of the aftermarket reman parts so beware. I Think most of the corvette venders you by parts from are from lone star.

Of the 3 items you listed the pump is a very easy rebuild to do yourself so if you are mechanically inclined and up to the minor challenge. Rebuild kits for the pump should be available and a shop manual would have the rebuild break down.
