The C-1 Registry birthday calculator indicates your car came off of the assembly line on April 2, 1960. The NCRS judging guideline indicates the last Corvette built in March 1960 was serial number 105711.

NCRS judging guidelines give you a 6 month window, or in your case any 283 cast in Flint after October 2, 1959 and before April 2, 1960 would be correct for NCRS judging standards regarding the permissable time period.

Search the archives to determine point loss for incorrect or absent VIN on the pad.

thanks for the link.the block i found is 6mnths and 1 week before my april 2nd build date.
