I'm sure that this question has been answered before but I cant seem to find it. I am new to this forum and am doing a body off on my 1960. As part of the restoration, I need to replace the knobs on the dash. One of the knobs had a set screw so it was no problem. The heater and air knob s dont have a set screw and dont seem to be threaded. Can someone tell me how to get the knobs off?

You will need to cut the old knobs off with something like a cut off wheel and a Dremel. The new knobs thread on, so you will need to thread the shaft.
