Help finding info on '66 with VIN 25840

On Gary Seymour's website of frame stencil photos there is one photo described only as "66 Orig Frame Stencil Vin #25840 (425 HP car)". I asked Gary if he knows the owner of that car and he said he didn't, but that the photo dates from 2004. Gary asked a friend of his, Todd Hendricks, about the car and somehow Todd found the following information: "car was titled in Ohio in as late as 2005. Registered in Medina County. ( Wadsworth, Ohio area ) The car is a coupe."

Does any know of someone in Medina County, OH area who might know about a frame-off restoration being done on a 425HP '66 with VIN 25840?

I'm trying to find out a bit more information about that car (Trim Tag date; St. Louis or AO Smith?) as part of my '66 frame stencil research.

It had K06 S4667 on the trim tag, about 10 years ago.
