    1967 Coupe 427/400 Identification Info

Last evening in the process of disassembling the dash and wiring removal from my 1967 Coupe I noticed these marks on the dash bar. The 427/400 makes sense as the car had the original engine and PG trans when I purchased it, but I am unsure on the other markings. Does anyone know if it is typical for these markings to be on the dash frame bar on 1967 cars?
Any expertise is deeply appreciated. Thanks.IMG_0195.jpgIMG_0194.jpg

Craig, does your car have a St. Louis body?

I saved your second pic and played with it in Photo Viewer. I can get REAL out of it, but cannot read the second jotting.

I appreciate all the input. I was very surprised to see the markings as I am sure the dash had never been out of the car before.

Guess the production workers had a real appreciation for how awesome these cars were. Thanks again for all the input. This is a "way cool" photo for the restoration book.

I think they knew, and we can all agree, the 427/400 is the BEST of any corvette out there. As a fellow 427/400 owner, i have no bias in that statement JK
