I would just say this. You probably have already done your homework and researched this seller, but make sure you search this site for every comment that's been made by fellow members doing business with him. Not just a few, such as this thread, but go thru 20 threads or so. There are a lot of comments about this seller.
Secondly I would say, restamped numbers or date codes on vintage parts are always a risk that must be measured, but in particular, rare starters are quite often suspicious.
I would not buy any 7365 starter online without being completely assured that I could return it for a full 100% refund, if after in-hand inspection the numbers appear altered.
One final thing I would say is that in my opinion the late John Pirkle was very likely the most knowledgable NCRS member ever on rare starters. He personally warned me about purchasing 7365 starters from this seller, after having been sent this seller's bare starter cases for restorations/rebuilds.
