    1966 Soft Top Weatherstrip Fastener?

I got the 63-67 weatherstrip fastener kit for my new weatherstrip and I cannot figure out where this one goes. I got 6 of them with the kit. Any ideas?

I take it that is the L shaped headerbar weather strip that goes on the corners? I thought the 6 black anodized screws went there. So where do they go?

      Thanks,
      Rick L.

We may be dealing with some yearly differences here. This is a 65 top in the picture. I will check my original 66.

The "L" piece will use the push pins and screws. Your assembly manual should give you direction where. When installing w/s strip on my '66 used both.

Unfortunately the AIM is not very clear. Every part listed on the page with this weatherstrip is called a screw.

            Thanks,

My original dated 3-66 top also has the push ins, although they appear to be the plastic type.
